Release & Rejuvenate Retreat
September 19-22, 2024
Smith Mountain Lake, Virginia
Feeling busy, distracted, and depleted?
You're high-achieving and focused on your business goals, but also exhausted by the responsibilities of being the master planner for everyone in your house. Everyone relies on you to get stuff done.
There's growing resentment toward your husband for not contributing as much as you do. You want to delegate but don't know how to let go.
You're smart and can figure out solutions, but are using so much energy making decisions and remembering everything for everyone that you feel forgetful and overwhelmed often.
It's time to restore balance between your striving seasons and rest and recovery.
Are you seeking any of these things...
Time Away to Focus
Time and space away from the daily chaos to prioritize yourself.
Personal Development
Growth along the journey towards a joyful, fulfilled life.
Connection
Shift from hyper-independence to being seen, supported, and nurtured.
It may feel selfish to take time away for yourself. After all, there are so many people depending on you!
As a woman wearing all the hats, you feel like there is never enough time in the day to accomplish everything. You're busy serving your clients and running your household which leaves little time for your needs. You're always waiting for things to slow down, but they never really do.
You need a break. And the only way to get it is to step away from it all.
Since your to-do list is never ending, you might as well give yourself permission to take a purposeful break along the way.
This retreat offers productive rest. You'll be supported in creating your dream life while regulating your nervous system.
Hi! I'm Sara Lewis
I'm the founder of the Lakefront Retreat Network and your host for this weekend retreat. As an entrepreneur, wife, and mom, I understand the massive amount of responsibility we women carry. I'm a recovering perfectionist and have learned that keeping up with impossible standards is a recipe for stress and unhappiness.
For a long time, I believed that rest equaled weakness. If I wasn't being productive, I wasn't worthy of success. Now I recognize that scheduled rest is essential to my well-being.
I attended my first retreat in 2017 and immediately realized the power of getting away. When I take time to attend to my needs, I always return as a calmer, happier person.
And now I'm excited to offer you the same opportunity.

"Thank you so much for such an amazing experience! I truly appreciate the gift of the small, intimate retreat! The experience was such a deep dive and very personal. From a personal level it was freeing and good exhausting from emotional release. From a business perspective, it was motivating and I walked away with goals and very specific steps to reach those goals."

Jaime Haines
For the past two decades, Jaime has been weaving a tapestry of creativity and courage as she guides others on their path to self-discovery and empowerment. A true maestro in the symphony of life, she's not just a teacher but a living testament to the transformative power of resilience and joy.
Jaime's journey hasn't been without its challenges. In 2010, she faced the hurdle of Degenerative Spine Disease, a chapter that could have easily defined her. Instead, Jaime embraced the healing power of Pilates, turning her pain into purpose. In 2017 a hysterectomy threatened to derail her, but she dove deeper into pelvic floor and women’s health research.
Today, she stands as a beacon of strength, advocating for spinal alignment, core strength, flexibility, and the maintenance of muscle tone through the art of movement. Jaime's sessions are not just about exercise; they are a holistic journey to rejuvenation and self-love.

On the lower level is a 17-seat 1960s-era theater room. The lower level also offers a full bath and two large bedrooms that each walk out onto private patios. There are ping-pong and air hockey tables on this level, as well as a treadmill and cardio glide.
The main level of this contemporary home offers a well-equipped kitchen with a double oven, an adjoining dining area, and a living room with a TV and plenty of windows providing wonderful views of the water.
