No-Guilt No
Your superpower isn't cloning yourself. It's saying "no."

Do you feel this way?
You’re constantly feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list. You want things to "settle down" so you can finally have time for hobbies, friends, and yourself.
If you could have any superpower, you’d wish for a clone just to get everything done.
Â
The truth is, you don’t need a clone.
The problem isn't a lack of time. It's a lack of boundaries. It’s the "yeses" that are draining your time and energy, leaving you with nothing left for yourself.
Â
It's time to stop prioritizing others.
Introducing
No-Guilt "No"
October 7-9
A 3-day micro-course designed to help overwhelmed women reclaim their time and energy by learning how to politely say "no" without the guilt.
Â
Here's how I'll get you from frazzled to free:
Each day you'll receive a short lesson via email. Plus you'll have the opportunity to get live guidance via a group Zoom at 2pm Eastern. The Zoom's are 20 mins so you can quickly apply the knowledge with accountability.
The Daily Lessons
Day 1: Your Peace-of-Mind Plan When you feel the urge to say "yes" (and the stress that comes with it), you need a strategy. I'll help you identify and practice the best tools to instantly calm your nervous system. You'll have a plan to get grounded when fear and guilt hit hard.
Day 2: The 'No-Guilt No' Scripts You'll get a done-for-you script to confidently and politely say "no" to people who are draining your energy. I'll provide specific, real-world examples that you can immediately use, so you'll never again have to wonder what to say.
Day 3: The Freedom to Act Knowing how to say "no" is one thing. Actually doing it is another. We'll focus on taking action and help you prepare for the biggest challenge: remembering that you cannot control how others respond. You'll learn to say "no" with a confidence that frees you to finally say "yes" to your own life.

This is for you if...
- You ARE saying no, but feel like you're letting everyone downÂ
- You're overthinking what other people think of you because you genuinely want everyone to like you
- You have very limited time and need bite-sized information
